You receive a registration code and the joining instructions. Enter the code on the registration portal.

Work through the narrated modules and quizzes, and pass the test for each phase (80% or better), any time within 12 months.

Send your letter and assignment
When you finish the eLearning, the exam and the course feedback, generate your completion letter in the portal and send it to MBizM, then complete and submit the assignment you are given.

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt online course content
A Green Belt can lead improvement projects in their own area and support larger projects run by Black Belts. The course follows DMAIC, with Lean tools for finding and removing waste.
Define phase
Overview of Six Sigma (what it is, history, approach, methodology, roles and responsibilities); fundamentals (defining a process, VOC and CTQs, QFD, cost of poor quality, Pareto analysis); Lean Six Sigma projects (metrics, business case and charter, team selection, risk management, project planning).
Measure phase
Process definition (cause and effect diagrams and matrix, process mapping, FMEA, theory of constraints); Six Sigma statistics (basic and descriptive statistics, distributions and normality, graphical analysis); measurement systems (precision and accuracy, bias, linearity and stability, gage R&R, variable and attribute MSA); process capability.
Analyse phase
Inferential statistics (inference, sampling, sample size, central limit theorem); hypothesis testing (significance, alpha and beta risk); tests for normal data (1 and 2 sample t-tests, 1 sample variance, one-way ANOVA, equal variance, normality, sample size); tests for non-normal data (Mann-Whitney, Kruskal-Wallis, Mood’s median, Friedman, 1 sample sign).
Improve phase
Simple linear regression (correlation, XY diagrams, regression equations, residuals); multiple regression (non-linear, multiple, confidence intervals, data transformation, stepwise and logistic regression).
Control phase
Lean controls (5S, Kanban, poka-yoke); statistical process control (Xbar-R, Xbar-S, U, C, P, NP, CuSum and EWMA charts, control chart anatomy, subgrouping, control limits); control plans (cost benefit analysis, control and response plans).

How much does the Green Belt self-paced online course cost?
RM3,788 per person, reduced from RM5,088. Optional external certification exams are charged separately: CSSC RM988, PeopleCert IASSC RM1,854 and ILSSI RM795.
Is this course HRD Corp claimable?
No, this format is not HRD Corp claimable. If your employer wants to claim, choose an instructor-led virtual or classroom Green Belt course instead. MBizM Sdn. Bhd. is a registered HRD Corp training provider. Whether your employer can claim depends on its own HRD Corp registration and levy, so check with your HR team before you register.
What happens after I pay?
You receive a registration code and the joining instructions. Enter the code on the registration portal and start studying straight away. You have 12 months' access.
How do I get certified?
Complete the eLearning and the exam, generate your completion letter in the portal and send it to MBizM, then complete and submit the assignment you are given. Once the assignment is approved you are certified and receive your certificate.
