Holds a PhD in Engineering & Manufacturing Management (Lean and Six Sigma) from Coventry University and a B. Eng. (Hons) in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University. Worked as a Six Sigma Project Manager in the UK automotive services industry for 18 years. Also holds the CApIL Certified Applied Innovation Leader Instructor (Innovation 360 Group, 2024), the IMGB Innovation Management Green Belt (Innovation 360, 2019) and the IASSC Certified Lean Practitioner (PeopleCert, 2022) credentials.
