Master Black Belt prerequisites
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified
- At least 3 years of running improvement projects
- Has applied DMAIC on a real improvement project
How you become a Master Black Belt, in three stages:
- Meet the prerequisites.
- Complete the Master Black Belt course and pass the class exam.
- Complete your individual development plan, which continues after the course. Each candidate is mentored until they reach the required standard.
