How your company claims the course fee
Your employer makes the claim, not the participant. The steps follow the HRD Corp Claimable Courses scheme.
- Choose the course and ask us for the documents. We send the quotation, the course schedule and the trainer profile.
- Your HR team applies in e-TRiS before the training starts. The application goes through the company e-TRiS account under HRD Corp Claimable Courses. HRD Corp sets a minimum gap between approval and the training date, so apply early.
- Attend the training. Public classes run in Petaling Jaya and live online; in-house runs are scheduled with you.
- Your employer submits the claim. HRD Corp requires it within six months of the training end date.
Scheme rules are set by HRD Corp and can change: see HRD Corp Claimable Courses.
Public class or in-house?
Both can be claimed. A public class suits one to a few participants on fixed dates. An in-house run suits a team: our trainers deliver the course at your premises anywhere in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak, on dates you agree with us.
