In-house training FAQ

Do you deliver in-house training outside the Klang Valley?

Yes. We run in-house Lean Six Sigma training at your premises anywhere in Malaysia, including Sabah and Sarawak. MBizM Sdn. Bhd. has delivered in-house programmes for organisations in 11 Malaysian states and federal territories, including Johor, Pulau Pinang, Perak, Kedah, Sabah and Sarawak.

Is there a minimum number of participants?

The minimum group size depends on the course and your location, and we confirm it in your quote. We do not publish in-house prices because each programme is scoped to your team.

Who covers trainer travel outside the Klang Valley?

Any travel cost for your location is stated in your quote, so you see the full cost before you confirm.

Is in-house training HRD Corp claimable?

MBizM Sdn. Bhd. is a registered HRD Corp training provider. Whether your company can claim an in-house programme depends on its own HRD Corp registration, scheme and levy balance. Ask us and we will send the documents your HR team needs to check.

Can the training use our own processes and data?

Yes. In-house programmes use your own processes as the case material, so participants practise the tools on problems they will work on after the course.

Can participants get certified?

Yes. Belt programmes end with an assessment and an MBizM Sdn. Bhd. certificate. An external exam through CSSC, PeopleCert IASSC or ILSSI, the bodies MBizM Sdn. Bhd. is accredited with, can be added and is charged separately.
