Dr. Satnam Singh is a distinguished expert in engineering and management, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University (UK), a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University (UK), and a PhD in Engineering and Manufacturing Management.

With a career deeply rooted in continual improvement, Dr. Satnam has been immersed in Lean Systems and Six Sigma methodologies since his early academic years. During his 14-year tenure as a Project Manager with a prominent multinational corporation (MNC) in the UK, he was extensively trained in these methodologies and played a pivotal role in promoting and implementing Lean and Six Sigma practices across the organization and throughout Europe.

Dr. Satnam’s expertise and dedication led to invitations from the company’s European subsidiaries to conduct in-house training sessions, provide project consultations, and develop strategic plans for Six Sigma implementation. Mr. Harbans Singh is an accomplished professional in the field of Information Technology and Six Sigma methodologies. He graduated from the University of East London with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, trained by the Juran Institute (USA & Korea) under the supervision of Samsung Electronics Asia Pacific.

With over 12 years of experience in both manufacturing and service industries, Mr. Harbans possesses extensive expertise in statistical analysis using software such as MINITAB and various quality tools. His proficiency extends to innovating supplier processes through Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC) improvements, as well as enhancing supplier processes using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Lean concepts.

Mr. Harbans’ notable achievements include the development and mentoring of Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts within the Samsung Electronics Asia Pacific Region. His mentorship has been instrumental in completing Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt projects, resulting in total cost savings of approximately USD 15 million over the past six years.

In addition to his project accomplishments, Mr. Harbans has significant experience in developing and conducting Six Sigma training programs. He has delivered Six Sigma Champions Training, as well as Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt training programs for private companies, major Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) in Malaysia, and various government agencies. Ms Vijaya graduated from Universiti Selangor (UNISEL), Malaysia with Bachelor’s in Biotechnology Industry and later pursued Master’s Degree of Science in Food Technology at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM). She started her career in the Quality Control / Quality Assurance department in feedmill operation. She served as the organization’s quality management representative (QMR) for 10 years, which allowed her to work with different levels of management. She was extensively involved in process improvement and developed Standard of Operating Procedures (SOP) for ISO9001: Quality Management System and ISO22000: Food Safety Management System to improve diverse aspects of the organization.

During her tenure as a Group Quality Manager, she has a profound interest in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement and Innovation that led her to acquire certification in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
