Dr. Satnam Singh is a distinguished expert in engineering and management, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Liverpool John Moores University (UK), a Master’s Degree in Engineering and Manufacturing Management from Coventry University (UK), and a PhD in Engineering and Manufacturing Management.

With a career deeply rooted in continual improvement, Dr. Satnam has been immersed in Lean Systems and Six Sigma methodologies since his early academic years. During his 14-year tenure as a Project Manager with a prominent multinational corporation (MNC) in the UK, he was extensively trained in these methodologies and played a pivotal role in promoting and implementing Lean and Six Sigma practices across the organization and throughout Europe.

Dr. Satnam’s expertise and dedication led to invitations from the company’s European subsidiaries to conduct in-house training sessions, provide project consultations, and develop strategic plans for Six Sigma implementation. His contributions have significantly advanced the adoption of Lean and Six Sigma principles in various industries.

In addition to his professional achievements, Dr. Satnam has shared his knowledge as a visiting lecturer at Infosys in India, further solidifying his reputation as a thought leader in the field of continual improvement.

Mr. Harbans Singh is an accomplished professional in the field of Information Technology and Six Sigma methodologies. He graduated from the University of East London with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, trained by the Juran Institute (USA & Korea) under the supervision of Samsung Electronics Asia Pacific.

With over 12 years of experience in both manufacturing and service industries, Mr. Harbans possesses extensive expertise in statistical analysis using software such as MINITAB and various quality tools. His proficiency extends to innovating supplier processes through Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC) improvements, as well as enhancing supplier processes using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Lean concepts.

Mr. Harbans’ notable achievements include the development and mentoring of Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts within the Samsung Electronics Asia Pacific Region. His mentorship has been instrumental in completing Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt projects, resulting in total cost savings of approximately USD 15 million over the past six years.

In addition to his project accomplishments, Mr. Harbans has significant experience in developing and conducting Six Sigma training programs. He has delivered Six Sigma Champions Training, as well as Black Belt, Green Belt, and Yellow Belt training programs for private companies, major Government-Linked Companies (GLCs) in Malaysia, and various government agencies. His contributions have been pivotal in advancing the adoption and implementation of Six Sigma methodologies across diverse sectors.

Dr. Muraliraj holds a doctorate degree from University of Malaya (Malaysia) overlapping the field of Quality Management, Continuous Improvement & Innovation. His research base is centered around continuous improvement philosophies such as Lean & Six Sigma & how their application & management can potentially morph towards innovation.

Specialised in process mapping, optimization, cost reductions, deploying process excellence strategies, Dr. Muraliraj has been involved in process excellence projects, performance improvements, & change management in shipping, oil & gas, engineering & IT industries for more than 7 years.

Some of his recent success include training and coaching of Lean Six Sigma in a national multi-industry corporation involving tens of personnel ranging from various designation which led to substantial financial savings besides a sustainable operational excellence.

Mr. Faisal graduated from University Technology of Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia with Bachelors in Chemical Engineering and later pursued his Masters in Business Administration at University Utara Malaysia.

He started his career as an engineer in a renowned MNC and was later enrolled in Six Sigma and Lean as a practitioner and was selected as a trainer. His role as senior staff allow him to work with front line and middle management. While working as a coordinator in Innovation Team, he was liaising with top management such as Factory Managers and Directors and had contributed to establishing company strategies toward achieving the mission & vision.

While enduring his career as continuous improvement specialist he was extensively involved in process improvement initiatives, Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing. He has profound experience in manufacturing, engineering, and training.

Mr. Bala is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with specialization in Offshore Oil & Gas Technology. Parallel to his undergraduate study, he has completed a three-year Design Centric Programme (DCP) under NUS, culminating in a successful Electric Vehicle (EV) conversion project with a peer-reviewed IEEE Journal paper publication. He has developed the department’s first suite of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for Operations & Maintenance, coordinated department’s audit compliance for ISO27001:2013- Information Security Management System (ISMS) for YTLC’s Data Centers, while improving diverse aspects of maintenance operations such as Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Management, Rounds & Readings & Facility Management Service Requests.

Mr. Gurbachan Singh is a well-rounded professional. He has over 32 years of exposure to a broad range of manufacturing industry and management consulting; over 20 years in executive management and more than 10 years in management consulting; Business Process Diagnostics, Supplier Development, Quality, LEAN Six Sigma, Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Plant-wide Cost Optimisation, Leadership & Performance development.

He has a Bachelor Degree in Engineering, Post-graduate Diploma in Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and PRINCE2 foundation certification. His industry operations background spans many different sectors that include high technology precision electronics (Hitachi Semiconductor), heavy industry (Air Radiators), truck manufacture (Iveco), automotive components (DMG-Venture), white goods (Olympic Group), and pharmaceuticals (CSL).

In consulting he has been an operations advisor, programme developer, facilitator and project manager with various organizations such as PAC Project Advisors, Australia, ACTZEL Consulting, Australia, Penang Skills Development Centre (PSDC) and ARGI Institute of Manufacturing, Penang. He has travelled extensively to conduct projects in Australia, USA, Malaysia, India, Thailand, Hong Kong, Japan, Egypt and the UAE.

Mr. Sures Sambathan Muthaliyar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (Hons.) from Universiti Tenaga Nasional (UNITEN). His professional journey spans the semiconductor, automotive, and precision manufacturing sectors, where he has built deep expertise in Process Engineering, New Product Introduction (NPI), Industrial Engineering, and Continuous Improvement. Throughout his career at ON Semiconductor, Stanley Engineered Fastening, Rovski Industries, and Jabil Circuit, Mr. Sures has successfully led cross-functional initiatives involving DOE studies, SPC implementation, Lean Six Sigma projects, and digital transformation efforts through the deployment of RPA tools and low-cost automation. His work has resulted in major operational improvements, including scrap rate reductions, productivity enhancements, process standardization, and strengthened manufacturability. In addition to his technical competencies, Mr. Sures has championed smart manufacturing initiatives such as Industry 4.0 integration, MES system configuration, and data-driven process monitoring. His commitment to continuous improvement, operational excellence, and innovative problem-solving positions him as a trusted consultant for organizations aiming to enhance efficiency, drive transformation, and achieve sustainable growth.

Lee Zicing is a results-driven Lean Six Sigma Consultant & Trainer with a strong foundation in the FMCG manufacturing sector. Holding a First-Class Honours degree in Food Science, he blends technical knowledge with real-world experience to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and product quality. His work supports key industry standards such as ISO 9001 and FSSC 22000. Throughout his career, Lee has led numerous Lean Six Sigma, Root Cause Analysis, and Continuous Improvement initiatives. Arvinash Singam is a dedicated and results-oriented Lean Consultant & Trainer with a strong background in continuous improvement and manufacturing optimization. With a master’s degree in physics from the University of Heidelberg, Arvinash combines his analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to drive process enhancements, reduce waste, and foster operational efficiency. He has applied his experience in continuous improvement, process re-layouts and data-driven decision making to help teams achieve significant productivity gains without adding manpower. Arvinash’s unique combination of physics knowledge and Lean methodologies equips him with a deep understanding of both technical and operational aspects, making him highly effective in promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Mr. Nizam holds a degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering with a specialization in Control & Instrumentation from Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). His professional journey has centered on the manufacturing sectors. During his tenure as a Production Executive and later as a Manager, Mr. Nizam discovered a profound interest in Continuous Improvement and Culture Transformation. In pursuit of this passion, Mr. Nizam has undertaken numerous projects aimed at enhancing productivity, increasing operational efficiency and ultimately minimizing costs to maximize profit margins. His dedication to continuous improvement led him to acquire certification in Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, allowing him to adopt a more systematic and strategic approach to his work. Furthermore, Mr. Nizam played a pioneering role in introducing new technology and automation into the production process through the strategic implementation of Industry 4.0 in his previous company. This transformational effort has reshaped traditional production lines into agile, data-enabled, and highly efficient production units, reflecting his commitment to staying at the forefront of industry trends.
