Mr. Harbans Singh is an accomplished professional in the field of Information Technology and Six Sigma methodologies. He graduated from the University of East London with a Bachelor’s Degree (Hons) in Information Technology, specializing in Software Engineering. He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, trained by the Juran Institute (USA & Korea) under the supervision of Samsung Electronics Asia Pacific.

With over 12 years of experience in both manufacturing and service industries, Mr. Harbans possesses extensive expertise in statistical analysis using software such as MINITAB and various quality tools. His proficiency extends to innovating supplier processes through Quality, Delivery, and Cost (QDC) improvements, as well as enhancing supplier processes using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and Lean concepts.

Mr. Harbans’ notable achievements include the development and mentoring of Six Sigma Green Belts and Black Belts within the Samsung Electronics Asia Pacific Region. His mentorship has been instrumental in completing Six Sigma Yellow Belt, Green Belt, and Black Belt projects, resulting in total cost savings of approximately USD 15 million over the past six years.
