Mixed Model Line Design Certification

Upon successful completion of the exam and line design project, you will be awarded a formal certification in Mixed Model Line Design by the Lean Design Institute.

Achieving an Advanced Mixed Model Line Design Certification requires you to:

1. Pass a comprehensive exam on the lessons covered in the Mixed Model Line Design course (live or online). The final exam is intended to confirm your understanding of the Mixed Model Line Design methodology. A passing score of 75% for each section is required for Advanced Mixed Model Line Design Certification.
2. Complete a line design project. In this section of the certification process you will download an Excel workbook, and complete the various worksheets provided. The line design project culminates in the creation of a factory layout, based on the results of your data analysis and calculations.

Upon successful completion of the exam and line design project, you will be awarded a formal certification in Mixed Model Line Design by the Lean Design Institute.
