Tools you will be able to use
A QIT is a small group of 6 to 10 people from the same unit who meet regularly to identify, select and analyse work-related problems. The training also gives a new way to run team meetings: shorter, clearly focused, and with the same chance for everyone to contribute to the solution.

Day 1
1 dayIntroduction to QITs and QCCs; the roles of management, facilitators, leaders, recorders and members; the 5W2H problem-solving approach; 7 QC tools: check sheets, Pareto charts, flow charts and cause-and-effect diagrams.
Day 2
1 dayRunning a QIT or QCC meeting; the PDCA project reporting structure; making a QIT or QCC presentation; the QIT or QCC implementation plan; 7 QC tools: cause-and-effect diagrams (continued), histograms, scatter diagrams and control charts.
