Day 1
1 dayCost of poor quality (COPQ); root cause analysis tools; Lean enterprise; the seven wastes (TIMWOOD); the 5S system.
Day 2
1 dayCause-and-effect (fishbone) diagrams; SIPOC diagram; process mapping; value-adding and non-value-adding activities; Voice of the Customer.
Day 3
1 dayGenerating improvement ideas; mistake proofing (poka-yoke); solutions implementation plan; SOPs and documentation.
