How the simulation works
The simulation sets up a bad day at work, with time pressure and mounting customer complaints. You see why scorecards and KPIs matter as a navigation tool for change, and work with the Voice of the Customer, the Voice of the Employee and the Voice of the Business. Tools are introduced to solve the problem and produce solutions you can implement, and the day shows the importance of leadership and of following the methodology strictly.
What the programme aims to do
Give insight into thought processes and change management; help people in manufacturing apply process improvement principles to their processes; and improve business performance with continuous improvement techniques, following DMAIC and using tools from Six Sigma, Lean Management and business scorecards.
